Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Nairobi

Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred by road to Your Hotel. Located between Nairobi National Park and the city Center, the hotel offers a unique blend of urban comfort and wilderness views. After check-in, relax and recover from your journey.

Day 2: Nairobi to Lake Naivasha - Overnight at Lake Nakuru

Pick up from your Nairobi Hotel and Depart for Lake Naivasha and drive through the scenic. Great Rift Valley, enjoying panoramic views and optional stops at viewpoints for photo opportunities. Arrive at Lake Naivasha by late morning, Upon arrival, embark on a peaceful boat ride on Lake Naivasha (included), where you'll glide past pods of hippos wallowing in the shallows and spot a wide variety of bird species such as fish eagles and kingfisher. The boat will drop you off at Crescent Island (optional, at an extra cost +- $33pp), a privately owned sanctuary home to freely roaming wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and gazelles. Enjoy a guided nature walk here, offering a rare opportunity to walk among the animals in a predator-free environment. Included Lunch at a restaurant, then proceed to Lake Nakuru for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park - Overning in Masai Mara

You'll have breakfast at the lodge then depart for Lake Nakuru. On the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, lies this beautiful park. You will enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. The lake's abundance of algae used to attract a vast quantity of flamingos that famously lined the shore. Mammals can also be found at the park, they include the black rhinoceros, hyenas, warthogs, baboons, and other large mammals. Apart from flamingos, there are a lot of other bird species that inhabit the lake and the area surrounding it, such as the African fish eagle, Goliath heron, hamerkop, pied kingfisher, and Verreaux eagle among others of their kind. After lunch, you will be heading to Masai Mara with arrival for Dinner at the Lodge/Camp.

Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve - Full Game Drive

Today you will be taken on two game drives, one in the morning and the other in the late afternoon after lunch or you may opt to go out for a full day of game viewing. Early mornings and late afternoons are considered the best time to spot animals at their most active. As your safari is private, your game drive timings are flexible and convenient. If traveling with children or if on a honeymoon, you'll perhaps want to lie in longer on some of the days. You may also choose to have a full-day game drive [one for the whole day] with a packed picnic lunch at no extra cost. Return in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay at Mara Lodge/Camp.

Day 5: Central Serengeti - Seronera Valley

Have breakfast at the hotel, with a packed lunch heading off to the Isebania border. Today, we’ll drive from Kenya’s Masai Mara into Tanzania, spotting game along the way. On our arrival at the Isebania border, we will clear with the customs office and proceed to Serengeti, you will drive to Central Serengeti for a game drives. This opens onto the Serenora Valley, a vibrant wildlife area at the heart of the Serengeti. The valley is famous for its resident animal population where you can expect to see leopards, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes, many birds, and other species. After your lunch at the Camp, proceed towards Western Serengeti.

Day 6: Southern Serengeti - Wildbeest Migration

After breakfast, drive to Southern Serengeti National Park (Ndutu Area), home of the Great Migration. Nearly two million wildebeests, with zebras and gazelles, move across the plains seeking fresh grass and water. Enjoy excellent game viewing with buffalo, elephants, giraffes, antelopes, and predators like lions and cheetahs. Picnic or hot lunch provided. The Great Migration This natural cycle moves through the Serengeti–Mara ecosystem and into Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve, driven by rainfall and grazing.

Jul–Aug: Dramatic river crossings.

Sep–Oct: Grazing north.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater - Karatu

After a tasty early breakfast collect picnic Lunches and today you will visit one of the seven African wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater, created when a huge volcano erupted two million years ago. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem; the crater has the highest concentration of animals anywhere in Africa, it is a home to many lion families, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests and many more species. And nowhere else offers a chance as good as this to spot the rare black rhino. After great day in Ngorongoro Crater your driver guide will take you to Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 8: Tarangire National Park - Arusha

You will have breakfast at the hotel, with a packed lunch heading off to Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, you’ll be greeted by a landscape dominated by majestic baobabs rising out of the acacia parkland, forming a perfect backdrop for the large herds of African elephants wandering among them. Other mammals sharing this habitat range from lions, leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs, black-backed Jackals, Kirk’s dik-dik, dwarf and banded mongoose, impala, Beisa oryx, Steinbok and African hares. You should expect to see buffalos, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests and waterbucks. The variety of birds you may see include Maasai ostrich, white headed vulture, African scops owls and the endemic ashy starling. A picnic lunch will be saved at the designated picnic site. After your Game drive, you will be taken to Arusha for Dinner & Overningt.

Day 9: Amboseli National Park

After early breakfast at the hotel, you will start a a drive to Amboseli National park approx. 3 hours, enjoy full game drive at Amboseli National Park. A beautiful drive through the lush and green eastern and southern sides of Mount Kilimanjaro. You'll take your cue from the animals and rise up early today for morning game drives to catch a glimpse of predators before they sleep off the heat of the day. With 1,700 elephants in this park, it’s impossible not to see them on a game drive. There are more than 420 species of birds too, including 10 varieties of eagles, and 12 types of herons. Your dinner and overnight stay are at Lodge Amboseli.

Day 10: Nairobi - Airport

After a good night's sleep, you will have an optional early morning game drive in the park. You'll have breakfast at the camp, then it's departure time. Your safari vehicle will take you to Nairobi. You will stop for a picnic lunch on the way, still, you'll have time to do some last minute gift shopping on the way to Nairobi and at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your plane to home.
